Beta terms
Last updated 22 October 2026.
Echo's Workshop is a free beta run by Echo's Hollow (CVR 46668634). Use it, tell us what goes wrong, and keep a copy of what matters to you. By creating a login you accept these terms.
The beta
- It is free during the beta. If it ever costs money, we tell you at least 30 days before, and nothing is charged unless you agree.
- The app changes often. Features can come, change or go, and we may reset data if we have to, telling you first when we can.
- Places are limited, and we may pause sign-ups.
No guarantees
- The app is offered as it is. We can't promise it is free of errors or always available.
- We back up the database every night, but data can still be lost. Download your data now and then (Settings, Export, "Download everything").
- Costs per piece, VAT and the money overview are help, not accounting or tax advice. Check them before you set prices or report VAT.
- As far as Danish law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using the app, including lost data, lost profit and other indirect loss.
Your login and your business
- One person per login. You log in through your email, so keep that account safe.
- A business's owners decide who is in it, and can invite and remove members.
- You are responsible for what you put in, and for being allowed to put in your customers' details. API keys for your webshop belong to your business: keep them secret.
- Don't use the app for anything illegal, try to reach other businesses' data, overload it, or send email people didn't ask for. Shipping emails are for your own customers, about their orders.
- We may close a login or business that breaks these terms, telling you first when we can.
Your customers' data
When you put your customers' details into the app, your business is the controller and we are your processor. We:
- Use the data only to run the app for you, as you direct by using it.
- Keep it confidential; only Echo's Hollow's own people can reach it, for support and fixing problems.
- Use only the services listed in the privacy policy (Railway, Resend, Anthropic, Sentry, Cloudflare). We tell you before adding another, and you can leave if you object.
- Keep it secure: encrypted connections, each business's data kept apart (checked on every request and enforced by the database), and logins by emailed codes, no passwords.
- Help you answer your customers' requests to see, correct or delete their data.
- Tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
- Delete it when you delete your business; backups roll off within 27 days.
You make sure you may give us the data, and tell your customers about it in your own privacy notice.
Ending
- You can stop at any time: delete your business and your login in Settings. Your data goes at once, and from backups within 27 days.
- If we end the beta or the app, we give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.
Changes to these terms
We tell you in the app before changes take effect. If you don't accept them, you can delete your business and login.
Law
Danish law applies, and disputes go to the Danish courts.
